Berth Rental:	Prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Berth Rental must be paid in advance. A “Credit Card Authorisation” form must be completed prior to arrival. All fees will be deducted from the nominated credit card. All fees paid in advance are non refundable.
Rental Agreement:	A “Marina and Shipyard Agreement” must be completed upon arrival.
Security Key Deposit:	Keys will be issued upon arrival and must be returned prior to departure. If they are not returned, a $25.00 replacement fee will be charged per key.
Power:	All berths are powered and some have 3 phase power. Berths with 3 phase power will be metered and charged on consumption.
Facilities:	The scale and integrity of Rivergate Marina & Shipyard requires facilities to come on line in stages. Retail, Leisure and Dry Storage Facilities come on line to complete Rivergate Marina and Shipyard.
Credit Cards:	RMS Service fee of 2% applies to all card payments except American Express and Diners Club where the fee is 4%. Direct deposit, cash and cheque do not attract this fee.

Give plenty of notice – you must give a minimum of 96 hours notice but can let them know your arrival up to 3 months in advance by simply emailing yachtreport@customs.gov.au
Remain onboard and don’t move – Customs and Quarantine will come and clear you and then you are free to move
Know our Quarantine laws – Australia has strict quarantine regulations so have a look at http://www.daffa.gov.au/aqis/avm/vessels for all the information.
