Rivergate Marina, located in Quuensland in Australia, is busy with a
lot of refit work with a number of yachts currently in for work. Sales
and Marketing Manager Clare Green kindly supplied Synfo.com with images
of Platinum in the slings at the facility. During her
ten
week stay at Rivergate Platinum will undergo a full repaint. As well as
working on Platinum Rivergate are also refitting the 30.2 metre
Australian-built wooden superyacht M/Y Sea Breeze, which was
launched by Millkraft in 1976. Work on her includes the replacement of
some of her wooden interior and exterior as well as a repaint. The 36.5m Ophelia will arrive at
Rivergate next week to complete a repaint
as well as engineering works. She will be followed by the 36.5m M/Y Kokomo
II, which is scheduled to visit the yard for new generators, the
removal and replacement of her bow thrusters as well as paint work. The
yard are, therefore, keeping busy and will keep us updated with their
project list as the year progresses.
